Pallet racking
Our heaviest-duty option, built for palletised stock handled by forklift. Available in Ezee-Lok, Polypall, Dexion and louvre profiles, with bays rated up to 24 tons. Powder-coated or galvanised to your specification.
Light-duty racking
Bolted and boltless shelving for hand-loaded stock — office storage, backrooms, cold rooms and retail floors. The Ezee-Angle and Tiny Rack systems cover 2 and 4 ton applications; anything heavier moves into pallet racking.
Racking accessories
Wooden and steel decks, deck supports, row connectors, frame protectors and rack-end displays. Available in the same colour range as the racking, so retail-facing installations stay consistent.
Cantilever racking
For long or awkward goods that will not sit on a pallet — timber, steel bar, tube, textiles and furniture. Built from uprights, base feet, arms, bracing and dividers, so the configuration follows the stock rather than the other way round.
Drive-in racking
Maximum density storage for high-volume, low-SKU warehousing. Forklifts drive into the rack itself, which removes most access aisles and can double storage capacity on the same floor area. First in, last out.
Choosing a warehouse racking system
The right warehouse racking system depends on three things: the weight of your unit load, how often you need to reach any given pallet, and how much floor area you are willing to give up to aisles.
High-turnover stock where every pallet must stay reachable suits conventional pallet racking, which trades floor area for selectivity. Low-SKU, high-volume stock — cold storage, beverages, bulk raw materials — suits drive-in racking, which recovers that floor area by removing aisles at the cost of first-in-last-out access. Long goods that will not palletise need cantilever. Hand-picked stock below two tons per bay does not need pallet racking at all and is usually better served by light duty systems.
Industrial racking installed in South African warehouses should be specified to the loads it will actually carry rather than to a catalogue figure, and inspected after installation.
